To sign up for your OneCard Account, we need to obtain certain personal information from you. You must complete OneCard’s registration form accurately with correct information and might not provide any false or misleading information.

We use your personal information to operate your OneCard Account, process your transactions and to provide you with OneCard services.
We also share certain information as with banks or credit/debit card processing services and identity verification services as part of our normal business operations. However, only the last 6 digits of your credit/debit card will be visible for verification purposes. All financial data is stored in encrypted format.
The purpose for sharing this data is to identify and verify users, to limit our exposure fraud and other criminal activities and to manage our financial risk. When conducting identification or fraud prevention checks, the service provider may retain a record of our query along with your information. By using our services you expressly agree to the sharing of your personal data for these purposes.
Furthermore, when sending gift cards to another OneCard Account holder we will -at a minimum- pass on your email address to the recipient. We may also send other personal details such as your name, address and country of residence to merchant who receives any payments you make if such merchants request this information from us in order to improve the payment process, to reconcile payments with the commercial transaction or to conduct their own anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.
We may also share your personal data with other companies within the National Technology Group that are involved in providing services to you or the recipient of a payment. Where personal data is collected by or through a third party such as a merchant, promotion website or OneCard partner website, the collection and use of your personal data may also be governed by the privacy policy of the third party.
If your personal information (such as your name, address or telephone number) change; you must immediately update your details in the “Profile” section of your OneCard Account, or by contacting our Customer Support .
OneCard shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to keep your personal details up to date.
In order to deactivate your Account, you will have to contact our Customer Support. We are required by law to keep certain records for a minimum period of 5 years after closure of your Account.

Your credit/debit card and bank account details are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the internet. However, this high level of protection can be effective only if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your Account or login details with anyone. If you are concerned that any of your login details have been revealed, you have to change them immediately after you are logged into your Account. Changes to this privacy statement are posted on our website. You may object to any new use of your personal data by contacting our Customer Support. However, we will treat such an objection as a notice to terminate your OneCard Account.
